Had a leak in my roof and had tried the other roofing company in jasper which they never showed up and completely flaked. I reached out to these guys and they told me what it could be he didn't try to sell me a roof he tried to resolve my issue and looked at every way that would help me. He showed up and took care of the issuse. Awesome customer service,very professional and great quality work. Will definitely do business again.
Called Blake because my ceilings over the carport and deck had slow leaks . He came out and found the leaks. The roof had been put on in 2005 after that hurricane. Standard shingles, turbines. So it has been 12 yrs. Not only did he work with me with patience to explain everyhing that would need to be done. We decided to put the 30 yr entergy shingles and to do away with the old turbines and install the new style vent. Not only were his work crew fast and precise but after the job was done , everything was cleaned up and nothing left behind. I even went back behind them with a magnet and NEVER found one single nail. I would definiely recommend his company for roofing.
As an added note, Blake also put up for me a Heavy Duty Camper Cover for me. I wanted one that would withstand the winds we have up on this hill . AND HE DID. He will go out of his way to do his best for you.
